My Day with the Pigs

Perhaps it's not the best thing to introduce your students to games. They have a hard enough time meeting their assignment deadlines, and lately I have as well since my schedule has been very topsy turvey.

In spite of better judgment I admitted in the middle of a Photoshop lecture the other night that I spent one semester of one class basically glued to my "pigs and bubbles" game because my instructor made no sense and didn't have any idea I was totally not paying attention. Of course this created a rumble from the crowd of students. Not about me being absent while present, but rather, "what do you mean, 'pigs and bubbles'?"

So I did it. I showed them. And in doing so I reminded myself that I never reached that top ten score board (perhaps not paying enough attention to the pigs or the lecture at hand). Who introduced me to the pigs? Don't remember. However, I am eternally grateful for this lovely distraction, as I probably would've been even more obvious in that class that I was bored out of my mind because my head would've split into a thousand shards as it hit the desktop after my falling into a coma.

Here's the pig game. They have other lovely games, but really, I love the pigs.
These Little Pigs

Now I must go and do something about that scoreboard.
