New Site and Thank God for Thanksgiving

See... When I started this semester as a full-time one year only faculty member I thought it would all be roses and sunshine because Burt and I were working very well together and I figured we could handle the work load with grace. I based this silly logic on my previous client load. Little did I know that we would get, uh, swamped with all sorts of projects and potential projects and then we (that's code for "I") thought it would be super cool to take a typography class to top it all off.

I, apparently, was insane with all these thoughts. We've been crazy swamped. We juggle everything everyday and we manage to do fairly well. BUT right now I am glad it is Thanksgiving tomorrow. I'm glad I'll have more than one day off for a weekend. It's the first time since I'm not sure when that I will have two days off in a row... We're having a great time. The business is growing. We're learning a ton. But wow, I had it ALL wrong on the time we'd be putting in.
