Back... UGGGGH!!!

Okay, having a five-year-old running around with you when you're not used to it totally rocks your world. Each time I have my niece with me I have zero luck sticking to my plan. I was totally goofy to think I could adhere with her around.

She's gone now and I'm going back to yoga tonight and back to cardio as well. Chloe will go back on her training schedule 'cause my dog can't be dumb 'n stuff...

My summer classes that I'm teaching end in a few days. I am starting a new website on Thursday and we're still moving along on a local salon's site too. I expect to meet with them this Friday.
