Middle of the Semester

So now I am finishing up Week 7 of the semester. I have successfully survived multiple freak out sessions over not enough time to do what seems like the bare minimum. I've gotten to the point where I am putting my foot down with myself to stop driving myself nuts. Hmph...

Freeway is a huge Shih Tzu. Last I checked he was a good 14 pounds and he was only six months' old. He's not fat, just a big dog for his breed. He's still just as cute and now that everyone's over Freeway's growth spurt, I think everyone's having fun with him again. Yes, that's right... I spent about a month of people seeing Freeway and having the reaction of, "Oh my God. What happened to Freeway?" Seriously, it was the first thing they'd say when they walked in our house.

Mindy is due March 10th. Last night she started to have contractions every five minutes. Today they settled down a bit, but we're encouraging her to do everything she can to encourage my new nephew to make his grand entrance as soon as possible.
